Where age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified, bdt90 will suspend access to the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. If verification reveals that the account holder is below the age of 18, the account will be permanently closed, any bonus funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Account Registration
Each individual player is permitted to hold one single account on bdt90. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

You are responsible for:

- Logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
bdt90 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any individual without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals in jurisdictions where the use of the bdt90 platform may be restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on bdt90 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdt90 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all payment methods and are published in the bdt90 cashier at the time of each transaction. The minimum deposit across all supported mobile wallet methods is ৳200. Specific limits for each payment method are displayed within your account cashier and may be updated periodically.
By making a deposit on bdt90, you confirm that:
- The funds you are depositing are legally yours and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.
- You are not depositing on behalf of any third party.
- The payment method you are using is registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC). Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval. VIP tier account holders benefit from expedited processing times as defined in the bdt90 loyalty programme terms. bdt90 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawal transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
bdt90 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to large or unusual transactions before processing. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested. Processing timescales for such transactions may be extended accordingly.

Bonuses & Promotions
bdt90 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, minimum odds for sports betting bonuses, eligible game categories, and an expiry date by which any bonus wagering must be completed.
General conditions that apply to all bdt90 bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- bdt90 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to a player meeting the qualifying criteria.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt90 platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate legal or regulatory authorities.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
- Multiple account creation: Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using a third party's details.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including poker-style games and live dealer tables.
- Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, macros, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform behaviour.
- Arbitrage exploitation: Systematically exploiting pricing errors or temporary odds discrepancies for guaranteed profit in a manner not consistent with normal recreational betting.
- Money laundering: Using bdt90 as a vehicle to layer, place, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity. bdt90 is legally required to report suspicious financial activity.
- Chargebacks and payment fraud: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes after depositing and wagering on the platform.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward bdt90 staff, support agents, or other players.
bdt90 employs advanced fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems that operate continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bdt90 will take immediate remedial action including account restriction, fund withholding, and cooperation with law enforcement authorities where legally required.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
bdt90 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which an account may be suspended or closed include, but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
- Identification of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
- A player's own request for self-exclusion under the bdt90 Responsible Gaming programme.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or illegal activity associated with the account.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months with a zero balance.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bdt90 will communicate with the account holder via the registered email address to explain the reason for the suspension and the steps required to resolve it, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing security investigation.
In cases of permanent account closure due to a breach of these Terms, bdt90 reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, bdt90 may apply the withheld funds toward any losses, costs, or liabilities incurred as a direct result of the prohibited conduct.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
The bdt90 platform and all services offered therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdt90 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds and game outcomes, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdt90 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its services, including during scheduled or emergency maintenance.
- Any errors, delays, or inaccuracies in the display of game results, betting market outcomes, or account balances where these result from technical failures beyond bdt90's reasonable control.
- Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Any third-party content, services, or websites that may be referenced in connection with bdt90 promotions or communications.
bdt90's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
